• Timber windows- description:
• Windows are made using laminated (engineered) timber, spruce, three layer radial cut.
• Wood is profiled using razor knives, EURO falc 68 standard.
• The window profile has a decompressed system, whitch reduces the air pressure and therefore does
• not load the rubber seal.
• Window is supplied with a groove which prevents the glass condensation forming that can cause the wood to deteriorate.
• A combination of vents, grooves, a decompression system and impregnation prevents (acid) rain and salt
• from forming of the glass and the window.
• Windows are painted with a water based paint, using an airless system at 400 bar pressure.
• They are finished with a water based varnish which prevents the effects of UV and (acid) rain
• from causing changes and reactions in the wood.
• Timber-aluminium windows - descriptions:
• Windows are made in Wood-Aluminium combination, thermal and EN 14351 category tested.
• System SMAJ 68+ is made to highest standards and Eurofalc 68.
• TAL combination is ideal for climate changes, UV and (acid) rain.
• Water based paint and impregnation applied using airless system at 400 bar pressure,
• makes the window durable, resistant and stylish.
• Windows are supplied with EPDM rubber seal +60 for triple tighthess and sound insulation.
• Timber:
• Laminated spruce, oak or mahagonythree layers. Visible side has radial cut all in one,
• the other two layers are bonded.
• Timber treatment:
• Under our own control, using tools made for each project according to the client's requirements.
• Angle joining of wood is done by Hoffman technology, using Hoffman machinery.
• Two types of wood joining are possible: angle and CNC (using CNC machinery).
• Glass:
• 4+15+4 low.
• Other types of glass are available, depending of client's requirements.
• Low transmission... 4+9+4+9+4 low.
• Timber Painting:
• Using ECO water based paint.
• Painting Process:
• Impregnation - base - background colour - two layers of final clear varnish.
• Seals:
• EPDM rubber seal, 55 - 60 hardness, temperature 60C to -100C, po DIN-u 54504, 53505, 54509.
• Aluminium profiles alloy AlMgSi0.5 F 22. Profile geometry DIN M5296, M5295.
• Powder coating thinkness 60-80 microns, as recommended by RAL.
• Covering:
• Client's choice. Maco, Sigenia or Vabis.
• Inclusion of blind and vent systems is possible.
